How to use it: open the My Records page in your account and your new Flex Tag will be waiting. Click on the the tag's menu (⋮) to get its QR code (or append .qr to its web address), then design and print using that code and address.

Good To Know

Because Flex Tags are printed by you, we strongly advise against using them for medical records — choose a purpose-built Dynotag medical ID tag for that.
